24-25SEPT14: Partner WOD #1

For today’s WOD, we will be completing our first Partner WOD of the year! Not as in “partner up with somebody and figure out who is coach first/who is athlete first,” but an actual WOD that you will complete TOGETHER with a partner (as a buddy team). Bonus: For today’s partner WOD, you may pick any partner you like 🙂 While most of the WOD is just a review of movements already learned, we will incorporate one new skill: Partner Plank-Hold Hand Claps:

Partner WOD #1:

3 Rounds for Time

-400m Run
-40 Alternating Squats (20 each, switching turns every rep)
-30 Alternating Burpees (15 each, switching turns every rep)
-20 Alternating Broad Jumps (10 each, switching turns every rep)
-10 Partner Plank-Hold Hand Claps (10 combined reps)
