After today’s formation, we’ll be taking a field trip to…the Dana Gymnasium! Here, we’ll have plenty of floor space (and traction) to get some speed and agility work in for the 2nd time this semester. We’ll then complete Event #4 of our CrossFit P.E. Open, which will test both speed and agility: the 50m shuttle run. Your best time trial is the one that counts!
