Today we will successfully knock out and crush the following events from the California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) aka the FitnessGram. Upon completion, we will have a PR Bell ceremony for the 1 mile run!

<MINIMUM PASSING TIMES ARE NOT STANDARDIZED – THEY ARE BASED ON YOUR HEIGHT/WEIGHT/AGE…THEREFORE, RUN YOUR BEST!>
II. SHOULDER STRETCH <or> BACK SAVER SIT & REACH*
*Sit & Reach only necessary if athlete can NOT pass the ‘Shoulder Stretch’ test (being able to touch fingertips together, behind the back, from each side).
