22-23APR14: Helen

Welcome back from spring break! I hope all of my fire-breathers not only had plenty of time to relax and to get plenty of quality time with family and friends, but also stayed active and completed all of the required HOME WOD’s! Given that today is our first WOD together in a while and that we have shortened, block periods today (65 minute periods), we will take a second attempt at one of our benchmark WOD’s: “Helen.” Therefore, we will quickly take a glance into our fitness trackers prior to 3-2-1-GO! so we can set a goal and try to beat our first time (and/or maybe go up in kettlebell weight!). HOOAH!!!

WOD:

“Helen #2″

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell swings
12 Pull-ups
