For Every Minute On the Minute for 20 minutes, complete the following:
ARMY (SQUADS 1 & 2):

NAVY: (SQUADS 3 & 4)
ODD MINUTES: 100 m Run / EVEN MINUTES: 5 Burpees + 5 Squats
