We made it – the last WOD before winter break and therefore the last CrossFit P.E. WOD of 2013 (Except for the Home WOD’s you will be completing for your Winter Break / Quarter 2 Assignment, which can be found here). May you all enjoy your vacation and holiday time with friends and families; I look forward to seeing you all when we return in 2014 for our final month together. We will be completing our first Holiday WOD, and it’s DEFINITELY a chipper (as well as our first ‘ladder’ sequencing in a workout). Enjoy!
