In teams of 4:

400m Run (team must stay together the entire run)
200 Air Squats*
160 AbMat Sit-ups
120 Push-ups
80 Pull-ups
Each skill is divided equally amongst team members. One member is to perform each skill at a time. Team cannot move onto the next skill until all reps for that skill are completed.
*Deleted for time (65 min blocks)
