During Monday’s 26 minute class, everybody (except for 4th period) got to witness a demonstration of Knees to Chest, Knees to Elbows, and Toes to Bar before giving those movements a shot on their own. Today, we will review Knees to Elbows/Knees to Chest, and incorporate them into a fast and furious AMRAP workout. The aforementioned movements are great for building both core and grip strength, which will transfer over into pretty much everything we do in CrossFit (they’ll also work wonders in getting those 6-pack abs). Expect your hands to get a little rough and your abs to get a little sore from this one…just remember, it’s the last WOD of the week!
