19-20NOV: Triplet WOD#1

Today’s WOD is an example of a ‘Triplet’ WOD, which simply means that there are 3 different elements worked into a single workout. Today’s evil triplet will include Burpees (our favorite), Pull-Ups, and Kettlebell Swings. Due to limited # of pull-up bars and KB’s, we’ll be taking turns using our athlete/coach (Partner 1/Partner 2) format today.

WOD “EVIL TRIPLETS”:

ALPHA:

10 rounds for time:
10x Burpees
10x Pull-ups
10x Kettlebell Swings

BRAVO:

8 rounds for time:
8x Burpees
8x Pull-ups
8x Kettlebell Swings

CHARLIE:

6 rounds for time:
6x Burpees
6x Pull-ups
6x Kettlebell Swings

GAME OF THE DAY:
CrossFit Dodgeball!!!
