Today’s WOD is an example of a ‘Triplet’ WOD, which simply means that there are 3 different elements worked into a single workout. Today’s evil triplet will include Burpees (our favorite), Pull-Ups, and Kettlebell Swings. Due to limited # of pull-up bars and KB’s, we’ll be taking turns using our athlete/coach (Partner 1/Partner 2) format today.
