For today’s short, 42 minute lesson, we will get to experience a fun little challenge/class competition known as “Death By Burpees.” Here’s how it works: Each athlete will complete one Burpee on the start of the first minute, two Burpees on the second minute, three Burpees on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete Burpees for the number of minutes on the timer. Your score will be the total # of rounds you completed + the number of Burpees completed in your last/unfinished round. Example: A score of 14 + 13 means an athlete completed all 14 Burpees on the 14th minute, but then only was able to complete 13 Burpees for the 15th minute.
