We FINALLY made it…our first class where we can actually dress out and do what we are here to do – workout! Today’s first WOD will incorporate the box jumps learned from last Friday’s class and the air squats learned from this past Monday’s class. So this is where we start – HOOAH!!!

WOD#1:

ALPHA:

30-20-10
Box Jumps (3-step) + Squats

BRAVO:

30-20-10
Box Jumps (2-steps) + Squats

CHARLIE:

20-15-10
Box Jumps (1 or 2-steps) + Squats

GAME:

Musical Wall Balls
